Assignment Verification Report
Our Assignment Verification report includes the following details:
- Mortgage information, including loan amount, original beneficiary, original trustee, mortgagor/mortgagee vesting, mortgage date, recorded date, and recording information.
- Every recorded assignment for the target mortgage, providing information on the assignee, assignor, recorded date, and recording details.
- Identification and documentation of any lost assignment affidavits (LAA) indexed and associated with the specified mortgage.
- Inclusion of any corrective assignments recorded in the mortgage chain.
- Documentation of any recorded rescissions related to assignments or releases of the subject mortgage, indexed and associate
